Updates for Rabi-al-Awwal 1432

Alaikum,
The
Islamic Jaffaria Association wishes to inform the community that the first of
Rabi-Al- Awaal is on Friday, February 04. A schedule of events and salaat
timing for the Holy Month of Rabi-Al-Awaal can be found below.
General
Body Election
The
General Body meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 26, 2011.
Zainabiyya
Child Sponsorship Scheme (ZCSS)
For the past several
years I.J.A has been working with NASIMCO World Federation’s Zainabiyya Child
Sponsorship Program in an effort to collect funds for underprivileged children
in third world countries. The cost
to sponsor a child is $15 a month ($180 per year) and these funds will pay for the education of one
child. To sponsor a child, please fill out the attached form below and return to either Sohail Hussain or Muhammad Iqbal.

For
the majalis scheduled from February 10th to February 12th,
IJA will have Kazim Lakha to recite the majalis in English. For the Urdu
majalis, IJA will have Molana Raees Jarachvi from India.

The Zainabiya Child Sponsorship Program is a project organized by the World Federation of KSIMC to meet on of the many facets of this challenge and provide secular and religious education to children in the third world countries. The cost to sponsor a child is $180 per year which may be paid annually or semi-annually. Your $180 donation will go to provide education for one year for one child
